How to play
A visual reaction test measures the delay between a signal and your response. Click Start, wait for the button to turn green, and click again as soon as you see it. A false start ends that attempt, so anticipate the instruction rather than the exact timing.
- Click or focus the large button and press Space or Enter to start.
- Wait for the green signal. Clicking during the waiting phase is a false start.
- Complete several trials and compare your average rather than relying on one unusually fast result.
A useful strategy
Use the same device, display and input method when comparing sessions. Take short breaks and avoid interpreting a single attempt as a stable personal ability.
What to expect
Display refresh, browser scheduling and input hardware contribute delay. This is an informal practice game, not a medical, neurological or professional performance assessment. Results are not uploaded.
Bring a friend next time
For a shared activity on separate screens, try Friend Match. Create a room, share a link, and guess what your friends would choose. For another solo break, try 2048, Minesweeper, or Sudoku.
